Various Inclusion Options

When you place an item in your cart, a Notes to Seller box will appear. At that time, you may tell me what inclusions you would like in your keepsake. After you place your order, you will receive an email with instructions on how to send me your inclusions. If you have any specific design requests, you may type them in the Notes to Seller box, send me an email with the information, or include a sketch of your design when you ship your inclusions to me.

Full List of Inclusion Options

  • Breastmilk.

    We can preserve your breastmilk into a powder and add it to any piece. Once preserved, we keep your breastmilk for 3 years so that you can come back for more keepsakes.

  • Ashes.

    We can include ashes of a loved one into any of our pieces so that you can carry them with you always. You may even choose to add ashes of a beloved pet.

  • Placenta.

    A bit of placenta can create an unique keepsake. *note we only accept encapsulated placenta

  • Umbilical Cord Stump.

    Send us a tiny bit of your baby’s dried umbilical cord stump and we can add it to your keepsake.

  • Dried Flowers

    Do you have flower’s saved from a special day? A wedding, funeral, baptism, birth of a child, etc. You can add them to a keepsake so that they can last forever.

  • Lock of Hair.

    Send us a lock of your child’s hair to cherish forever. You may even add hair of a beloved pet.

  • Soil.

    You may choose to add soil from a special place into your keepsake. Soil from a gravesite or a honeymoon spot are only a couple of the ideas for this inclusion.

  • Fabric.

    You may add a piece of fabric into your keepsake. A great idea for your bridal veil that is sitting in your closet.

  • Shimmer Powder or Colored Resin

    Provided by Mommy’s Comfort Keepsakes, you may choose to add shimmer powder to make your piece sparkle. If not using breastmilk, you may choose a colored resin to have as the base color of your keepsake.

  • Flakes of Metal.

    One of the most popular inclusions, provided by Mommy’s Comfort Keepsakes, you may choose to add flakes of gold, silver, or rose gold to your jewelry. We also have these in birthstone colors!

  • Glitter or Opal Flakes

    Provided my Mommy’s Comfort Keepsakes, you may choose to add glitter or opal flakes to your keepsake. You can have them mixed into the piece or on the surface for a more dramatic look.

  • Crushed Birthstones

    Provided by Mommy’s Comfort Keepsakes, you may choose to add in crushed gemstones and birthstones to your keepsake.

Make it stand out with colored resin.

Add colored resin to any piece. It can be used as the base color or an accent color as seen in the examples. Please refer to the color’s number when asking for a certain color

Add some sparkle with opal flakes or glitter.

Add one or more colors of glitter to your piece to make it unique. You can have them mixed into your piece to add depth or on the surface for more shine. You may even add glitter in the color of a birthstone. Please refer to the glitter’s number when asking for a certain color.

Flakes of metal can add radiance to any piece.

Mommy’s Comfort Keepsakes provides silver, gold, and rose gold foils for use in your keepsakes. We also have these in birthstone colors! Just let us know if you would like any of these added to your piece.

Personalize your keepsake with crushed birthstones.

Add real crushed gemstones to your keepsake. Please note that all stones are as labeled except: diamond is actually clear quartz, emerald is actually green goldstone, and sapphire is actually blue goldstone. These stones still look amazing in our keepsakes and will be used as substitutes unless specified.
