How to Order.

Step One: Research Keepsake Designs

Start by looking through our Gallery and Inclusions pages for inspiration. You will find simple to complex design ideas in our gallery. If you have a different design in mind, feel free to create a sketch to send to me. Our Inclusions page has a list of our most popular additions to our keepsakes.

Step Two: Shop Settings

Visit our Shop page to see our jewelry settings. Click into each setting to see examples and the metals options. It varies by setting, but the options include 925 Sterling Silver, 14k Yellow/Rose Gold Filled, and Solid 14k White/Yellow/Rose Gold. If you do not see a setting that you love, please reach out to discuss a custom order.

Step Three: Customize your Keepsake

Once you choose your setting and select Add to Cart, the following questions will appear for you to customize your keepsake. (For rings, this box will also include a place to insert your ring size)

Step Four: Check Out and Ship Inclusions

Once you have completed your cart, you may proceed to check out. Please double check the email entered because that is used for future communications about your keepsake. Your order confirmation email will include the instructions for shipping your breastmilk/inclusions. You may also find these instructions here.

Step Five: Receive your Keepsake

When I receive your inclusions in the mail, I will send you an email. As of right now, our turnaround time is 6-10 weeks once we receive your inclusions. We will send you an email when we ship your order that includes your tracking number.
