Can I use old breastmilk?

Yes! Because no one is consuming your milk and it is going to be preserved, it does not need to be fresh. It can be that bag of breastmilk that has been in the back of your freezer for years.

How much breastmilk do you need?

We will send you instructions when you place your order, but we only need between 10-15ml. Even those mommies with supply issues can create a keepsake. That batch of milk can create multiple pieces and we will hold onto your preserved milk for at least 3 years in case you want another order or if something happens to your first piece.

Why is my breastmilk ring not perfectly white?

Everyone’s breastmilk is a different color. Based on the content of your milk it can be white, cream, yellow, or even have a green tint. We try our best to create a stone that is white, but it depends on your milk. This is what makes it unique and special like you. However, you may request whitening powder to be added to you piece if you are looking for a pure white stone.

I do not see the setting that I want on the website, can you help me?

Yes! If you have a certain setting for a ring, pendant, etc. that you are looking for and not seeing it on our website. Send me a message! There is a good chance that we can order that setting and create a custom order for you. This is also true with sizes of settings. Want a bigger stone for your pendant? Message us!

How do I submit a custom order?

If you do not see something that you like on our website, send us a message! We can discuss a custom piece for you.

Do I need to send my milk in a refrigerated package?

No, because of our preservation process, which neutralizes the milk, we can use your milk even if your breast milk is not fresh.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time, we are only accepting orders from the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, and the United Kingdom. I apologize for this inconvenience. However, I plan to open back up my website for more international orders very soon!

Can I cancel or return my order?

Once you place your order, you have 24 hours to email us and cancel if needed. Because of the personal nature of each order, we do not accept returns. We can, however, work with you if you are unhappy with your purchase. Please send us a message if this occurs.

What is your current turnaround time?

Our current turnaround time is between 6-10 weeks after we receive your breastmilk/inclusions.
